1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp message. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may be slightly delayed. We will inform you if there is any significant delay.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on most bicycle and electric vehicle orders across India.
- Accessories and small items may have a minimal shipping fee depending on location and order value.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
5. Packaging & Delivery Condition
Bicycles and electric vehicles are shipped in semi-assembled (85% assembled) condition in a secure protective carton box to prevent damage during transit.
Customers may need basic installation such as:
- Fixing the front wheel
- Straightening the handlebar
- Adjusting seat height
- Tightening pedals
If you require assistance, you can get it assembled from a local cycle technician.
6. Delivery Attempt
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to logistics issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Wrong phone number
- Unavailability of receiver
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to incorrect details.
9. Damaged Package on Delivery
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the outer packaging appears severely damaged, torn, or opened:
- Take clear photos or video before opening
- Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted.
