1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Invoice must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used bicycles or e-bikes
  • Customized products
  • Accessories with damaged packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Return Process

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through pickup or return instructions

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted unless return is due to our error.
