1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused and in original packaging.
- Invoice must be provided.

- Customized products
- Accessories with damaged packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse

- Provide order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through pickup or return instructions
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed after product inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost may be deducted unless return is due to our error.
